They took 5,500 for H1 from us and during the whole process there was no update from them if they actually filled our application or not. Now they are saying our application is not accepted and not ready to refund our full money.
We have hired a lawyer to pursue this. But we are looking for more people who are going through this. If you read feedback from most of negative comments it clearly seemed like of their own. Leave a message this post I will communicate with you

commentI was contacted by one guy in DS SOFT, who gives 2-3 hours of lecture on H1B filing and all their processes (read as fraud activities). They are asking for $5000-$6000 as the H1B filing fee. It will not be refunded. This is illegal. They use fake client letters too.
Attention USCIS!, It is high time you took some action against such fraud companies!!
RV - 4/16/2013 - I have been fortunate enough to know this company as they have been pretty straight forward and had maintained a very good relationship from the day one. They got me a job on oracle apps tech-fun in no more than 2 weeks and have been good with the payments as promised. They are very responsive and proactive to the issues and try to resolve them at the earliest -

- 3/3/2013 - They are asking for money (~8000 USD) indirectly through some fake companies and not sure whether they will return that money. I am surely not going to pay that to them. If they were genuine, they would have approached when they had real requirement and had ensured that the person joined for the duration of the actual project not by taking money but by making good relationships and remunerations. -

If you are looking for a corporate who can run their business with ethics, values with good employee benefits, professionalism, you are not invited to DSsoft tech. This is one of it's kind to set the standard for the worst managed and behaved firms in SoCAL, the so called DESI company.I bet you can not list all the non-ethical things a company can do it's sleeves, well after you list, if you miss any you can refer DSsoft employess. They can add up the list with 100% of list of item how DSsoft would handle that in their own way. Whew!. It is a bad-wrost-wrost behaviour you will see with them.
First SHE will promise anything, and will say with all the low, polite and smiling words and you must know a person of SHE's calibre can only be the receptionist for the HELL.
SHE will put one LCA, which is not even your skill set, SHE has got those LCA's cheating USCIS and DOL, and then SHE will map you to hat LCA which you not even heard before. Then SHE herself become a client and get the approval and she will start collecting money from your client, where you work. Then SHE will Hold money to make to stick around and you need to pay for your 100% h1b, and after a year SHE will give back 50%, which will never happen. GC also the same case, if you ask for a hike or something, HE(VEN) will even shout on you irrespective of your experience. This is a bunch of HYD goons on the loose in SoCAL. They are getting caught in many situations and going to be a end really soon. Shy away from these Visa culprits and not bother what SHE says to make to JUMP into HELL called DSSoft tech.
Sarath - 9/17/2012 - I agree 100%. SHE does not even share H1B documents with the candidates, withholds I-94, Accompanies employees to SSA office in order to not give documents to candidates, threatens to terminate employees just for asking for legal presence documents in the US. Absolute FRAUD!! -

commentI've worked with DS SOFT TECH earlier and it was a worst experience i had. They just make money out of the Consultants. They never ever pay the Employees on time at all. They just give you a hard time with everything. When the Consultant is on the bench they wont provide proper food or accommodations. I really had a nightmare experience!
