This is one of the worst company in TX, NJ.They are know for Fraud and so some of the vendors have blacklisted them. Do yourself a favor and don't join this company. Training is very bad. The owners lies when they open their mouth. Guy, go find better consultancy!
I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. Their manners were very unprofessional. Think before you go! I do not recommend this company at all. Stay away

They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised. I get my pay checks on time. If there is any change to existing or introduction of any new government or immigration employment policy/law affecting me even remotely, I'd get a call and an email from the SoftNice's HR department explaining and assuring what and what not it will affect me, even before I'm notified through mail, reducing my qualms. They have also got an excellent immigration attorney who has handled my H1B transfer and GC process very well on time. I'm proud of my decision to join this growing and promising consulting firm.

commentI was with SoftNice for 7 years and have not had any issues in terms of salary, petition extension, GC processing or contacting any individual within the firm. What I liked about the company is they have multiple people in each team and there is always someone to answer my question be it HR, Immigration, Sales or Accounts. It's possible that I was one of the fortunate few, but my experience has been good. Sales is a challenging area but I always got excellent support from sales team to get projects. I have seen their sales team getting sharper with time. I would recommend this company to people who are on H-1B with a great skillset and looking to get their GC processed. SoftNice does not take any short cuts and always gave professional advise. Thanks to everyone in this company once again.

commentToday is a delightful day for me. I got my dream project at my preferred location and all because of Softnice. I & my wife wanted to have job at the same location and softnice did that for me. J I tried looking for my job at many consultancies but they didn’t prove to be fruitful. But softnice got my H-1B approved and that too very smoothly. Today I feel lucky that I joined softnice as they placed me to the project within 15 days of my joining. The sales team is excellent and the operation department is very much supportive. All of the process since my joining to my placement went so smoothly just because of this team. comment I would like to share my remarkable journey with SoftNice. I came to SoftNice with a dream for my better carrier.
And SoftNice made my dream come true. I was looking for a job at my preference place PA, where I can live with my family.
I joined SoftNice and within a month they placed me at my preference place PA and I was just so happy. Apart from SoftNice's
quick marketing and placement the salary is also higher by more than 10% as compared to my friends. SoftNice also enrolled me

commentGuys as you all know transferring for H1B is really tough during the current job market. I was really not sure which employer I should choose and when my H1b will get transferred. My previous company was unable to apply for my green card. I did a lot of research to find the genuine employer and then I came to know about Softnice from one of my friend. I joined Softnice and they did a fantastic work by filing H1b application which got approved. And the best part for me is Softnice has started process for my green card application. I joined SoftNice and in a very short time got my first project. Before approaching SoftNice I thought it will be a typical Indian company with limited facilities for consultants.
But as my days passed with SoftNice my perception towards it got totally changed. They provide me with best facilities at Guest House, good meals, Lab training and they also have an environment of cultural diversity.
I have seen many students at SoftNice from Nepal, Bangladesh and more from my country SriLanka.

commentI worked with SoftNice for 2 & half years, after that I got a full time job in another company but I found it very risky and couldnt find jobs satisfaction there.
So I have to leave that company and then I joined SOftNice again.
SofTnice helped me in getting a new job and that too as per my expectation.
They also helped me in getting my H1b filed this year and got it approved as well.
Iam really happy to be a part of SoftNice.

commenti was with this company for more than a year and it was excellent service. unlike other sponsors they will not delay your pay stub or general questionnaire they will respond immediately when i am going to my H1b stamping they provided with all the details and the stamping went super smooth and i am able to get the stamping i am in the process of applying the green card petitions from this but I am going to wait a few days until the recession gets lightly dissolved and starts at lightning speed.

Thanks to my friend Girija who recommended to me SoftNice. I don't have enough words to praise these guys.
They have excellent marketing team, dedicated training coordinator, nice guest house and above all best salary in New Jersey. I had experienced and heard many bad stories about desi consulting companies but I must say there are exceptions in every things. These guys are highly professional.

commentI had joined Netapp / Storage training @ Houston office of SoftNice, I'm very happy with training and got placed within 3 weeks time.
I's not sure to join softnice as recently they have started their operations in Houston but my friend from NJ told me they r d best in this business and I took the risk.
I highly recommend this to everyone. Staff if very helpful and their technical director played key roll in guiding me during training.

Being a computer science graduate I knew the growth prospects in a VMware career in US and while I was browsing the net to finalize few consultancies for the VMware training, I realized that some consultancies intend to take upfront fees ($2,000) for VMware training and no job surety....I didn't want to risk my career and learnt about SoftNice. One of the recruiter - Rahul, arranged my VMware training at SoftNice Labs and didn't take any upfront fees and gave me a true reflection on the IT job market in US. Currently I am being marketed by them and getting 5-6 quality vendor interview calls. I just want to inform the new graduates that you must join training with that consultancy which doesn't ask you for upfront training fees as its your own hard earned money...! -

commentI's very tensed because of H-1B stamping scenario in India.
it's because of my marriage I went to India otherwise I would never thought in such tight situation.
I had seen few of my close friends stuck in India because of 221-g issue and finally they lose their project and american dream also. I think they lose this because of their employer who don't follow right procedures.
I want to THANX SoftNice team and their lawyers for prompt paper, clean tax records.

I joined SoftNice Inc. 1yr back after completion of my masters from Stevens College. In last month I applied for my OPT extension I would like to mention that SoftNice people are very professional and prompt in E – verification process and their legal records. I’m planning to apply my H-1B in April 2012 and I’m expecting three year approval based on positive feedback from my seniors who are working in SoftNice.
SoftNice also encouraged me for Microsoft certification and reimbursed me expenses for same. I’m expecting long term association with them.

commentHello everyone, I joined Softnice in 2008 when i graduated from NYIT, Softnice gave me the right guidance which i needed at that important phase of life. I got trained with their excellent training service, and got placed in a short span of time. I got my H1B, they offered me good salary package, they were very prompt in paper work. Even now i recently visited India for H1B stamping although now stamping has become an almost impossible thing with everyone receiving 221g forms, softnice helped me with my paper work which really required a lot of work. My company softnice provided all papers and helped with my stamping which was successful. Also there are a lot of students from NYIT presently working with softnice. They have a very good marketing team helping us place in nice projects. And also it is a very good part that they reimburse for microsoft training. All through my career life they have been encouraging me for training and polishing my skills every now and then. You will definitely be on the right path if your choosing Softnice.

And i dont regret for it now. I am happy that i took right decision. They offer training so various technologies and i could easily choose the one best for me.
