Overall Company sucks,
Here all kinds of illegal activities take place. Xceltech officials doesn't even hesitate to make a fake resume of 12 yrs experience. All kinds of threats they will give you here, including killing your parents back in India. I am taking an action against them. I have filed complaint in DOL, and I will get them.

So Never join this company
