Please be-careful before you join.
cheating company, once you join they ask you sign up for accepting notice period for 3 months.
your salary is always behind 2 weeks.
No bonus, even after frequent followup no response..
Always travel for short term project
be prepare you may fall frequently on bench and you get paid less when you are on bench.
no training
not a good company settle for long term...

I got cheated by one of the recruiter's from this company.The purpose of this post is to warn new joiners about recruiters false promises.
Recruiters from this company will target employees who are new to US ,people who are new to H1b visa's and like people who came on L1 visa's.

Once after you send the offer acceptance letter, you will be forced to sign the contract agreement.The contract agreement is one sided and will be written favorly to them.Even if you are offered 200K$ per annum, the contract clauses are written in such way that you will end up in paying atleast of 20K-50K$ back to the them.

I advice you not to sign any contract with them.Simply say a BIG NO to the contract.Even if you are ok to sign the contract, Please make sure you write only 15 days of notice period.Also, the non compete agreement should not be more than 3-6 months.These are the some of the loop holes listed in the contract,which will make you to pay $$$ back to them.Many of my colleagues got sued by them and finally ended in paying money to them.


PROs : Your salary will be paid on time.

CONS:
1.You will be promised to increase your hike every year,This is a big joke and you will not get any hike in your salary and bonus too. My relocation money is not reimbursed so far.Do not struck with company.I am a H1b victim and I am glad that I am out of this company.
2.They dont do documentation properly.You cannot go to stamping.

Recruiting process is wrost and also they don't have much projects.....eventhough they will drop you in middle if you are not in project in 15 days. if you go there you will be in mess
