Goal:Every data set incubates many great stories. Here I am to unfold and complete those great stories. For me, data sets are not just spreadsheets that contain mass digital numbers and generated results are not just statistics and graphs as results display. Behind those statistics and graphs, it must have stories that are waiting for me to uncover. Data analyzing is not only the adoption of business intelligence technologies but the talent to identify and interpret the insights of results. Just like linguistics and baseball statistics, there are always stories behind those numbers that wait for me to disclose the whole images.

Catalyze Chicago is a non-profit organization, which is a co-working space for start-ups.
However, Catalyze Chicago was founded in 2014 and looking for obtaining more memberships. That's why our team came in to provide our advices. After investigation, our team discovered that Catalyze Chicago is not just a co-working space but a organization that combines characteristics of hacker space, co-working space and incubator center. Based on this finding, our team designed a marketing strategy to expand Catalyze Chicago and recommended founders how to adjust Catalyze Chicago for meeting entrepreneurs' latent needs.--
