Doing research based on given projects. Currently, handling in Mycobacterium tuberculosis project through Biochip and PCR methods. Preparing culture stocks, subculture and streaking of microbes for biochemical test and PCR procedure for food borne pathogen project handling with 9 microbes of gram positive and negative strain. Handling machines and equipments related to DNA concentration, extraction and purification, pre-PCR, PCR, gel electrophoresis, bioanalyzer, ELISA, NIR, Real-Time PCR and hybridization. Besides that, also design primer and probes for pathogen detection in food samples and Mycobacterium tuberculosis for multi drug resistance. Has completed Research at China Potomac biotechnology (Nanjing) for the protein Biochip to detect the Mycobacterium tuberculosis disease in China population as a reference for our studies in Malaysia. I have the knowledge in ISO 17025 testing services.--
