I am working as a full-time paraprofessional / ESL teacher at Amethod Public Schools (AMPS). My primary teaching goal is to educate and improve students’ English as a Second Language (ESL). My daily work includes developing lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, teaching ESL, assessing students’ learning, and meeting with other teachers on pedagogical strategies and other issues, etc. Throughout the work, I have gained extensive teaching experiences with students from diverse backgrounds and been able to establish a friendly learning environment in my class.
