On top of responsibilities as a QA Tester, I also done research and development work such as test automation, debugging tools, testing tools etc. such as Fidler and Postman. I am also the Scrum Master for one of the projects and facilitate daily Scrum. On top of that, I am part of IT Oversight group that deal with issues related to IT.
Scrum Master (Effective April 2019) - Promoted to scrum master role for another project /product of the company. - Progress of the project is as schedule with minimal delay as a result of close communication with the team to understand their progress of every activity and problems encountered. - Arising issues were solved when I step in to bridge the gap as a facilitator. IT Oversight Member (Effective Feb 2019) - Managed to help IT department to reduce their burden by helping them with some IT related tasks. - Long overdue tasks able to be completed with my determination to seek for solution coupled with my equipped skills in IT. - IT team able to learn some easier way of performing at task that will get a better output. Software QA Engineer - Critical issues were able to be identified through my testing - Able to help developers to identify the root cause of a bug by using debugging tools. - Several issues related to the feature I was testing were found when I used automation on my testing. - Suggestions on improvement were accepted and implemented. - Proven of security loopholes existed by using debugging tools. - Managed to find out the advantage of API testing using Postman and convinced the team to use it by showing them some secrets that save their time by half.--
