Award on the best of IT and Communications for Government use 2010, by CIDE and INFOTEC (National Award). 2. Award on the best System of Evaluation from ICMA 2010. (National Award). Projects 1. Georeference all commerce in the city of San Nicolas and create statistics. 2. Make a citizen survey to know the performance of the current administration by the citizen point of view. 3. Create collaborations treaties with universities and schools to give out free courses of design and computer basics to older people. 4. Create the Tourist Route through all the city to attract more tourist into San Nicolas. 5. Make a Job Fair that would register the candidates on data base system to follow up their career profile and to get him job offers in case that he doesn’t get anyone there. 6. Integrate Systems of Evaluations with current Secretaries of the City. 7. Evaluation of current Administration by a Council of Experts, Scholars and Scientists (CEDM). 8. Creating the Beauty Cluster (teaching towomen how to create her own beauty salon) and Textile Cluster (teaching women of San Nicolas the textile and clothing industry to create they own shop) 9. Economics Census on the City. (All Enterprise and Commerce of the city) Events 1. Signing collaboration treaties with: Chamber of Commerce, INEGI, Economic Development State Department, Chamber of Technology and Information Systems of Mexico, CODETUR. 2.
