Project : Automatic bit changer assembly for pv351 This is an NPD project in which I had to start from the level of concept development to the creation of drawings. I had to face a lot of challenges in installing my bit changer in the tower. But I made it as an option which can be used along with the fork used for holding rod while rod changing. I used a sequential valve which supplied power from the existing fork control unit with the use of minimum additional components. I have proposed 7 different concepts, out of that this one is selected. The outputs from my side was the proe models, drawings and boms, and video files i made using mechanism. Clients are very much impressed by the bit changer i designed and also due to the high drawing quality Project : Led light installation on pv271 In this project I had to decide the light location for proper illumination of maintenance area of the machines such as tower, engine, drill area and install LED lights on entire machine at different places where maintenance is must. I had to design many mounting brackets for lights and switches as well. I proposed with my design and location with clear picture of illumination to garland engineer. They appreciated my work and made some modification as they required and asked to rout the conduit for electrical cabling entire the machine. This was challenging task for me because this entire project was my responsibility. I finished this task within the dead line and got appreciation from the customer.--

I made entire enclosure with all electrical component in Pro-E to ensure that proper arrangement of the electrical component. After approval I had to make value added cutout drawings. Project : HT panel (11kv) for iisro This was one of the High voltage panel on which I worked. There was a customer requirement to use air circuit brakers of ABB. Because of high density current I had to use proper cross section of copper busbar and had to design busbar support. As there was a time limit we Initially made a general arrangement drawing using auto cad and created the bill of material and delivered the task with good feed back.--
