? Extraction of RNA fragments from specimens of OPS / NPS origin (Oropharyngeal / Nasopharyngeal swabs) from the Mobile Transport Media (MTB). ? Inactivation of viral RNA via automated lysis, magnetic binding via magnetic beads, evaporation and elution. ? Extraction of RNA eluate to sterile sample wells. ? Preparation of the Mastermix (Reaction and Enzyme Mix). ? Performing template of the unknown samples and the mastermix. ? Assigning the settings (varies between manufacturers) of the PCR machine of the temperature and duration on the stages ? (Denaturation, Annealing, Extension) ?
