• Worked in the Enterprise Campus Backbone team which was originally only at Brussels, Belgium. • The job responsibilities included handling of cases from the EU Backbone team. • Each case presented a unique problem that Cisco’s customers face and I made sure that I provide them with an elegant solution within an acceptable time-frame. • My team generally worked with Cisco partners who are generally themselves CCIE’s. Hence most of the cases were generally pretty challenging. • Won >14 awards during a stay of less than 3 years. • Attained my CCIE (RnS, including the lab exam) during this time.--
