About	The Balance Arts Center is dedicated to teaching mindfulness and awareness in action though the principles and practices of the Alexander Technique. At the BAC we teach awareness in action in private lessons, group classes, specialized workshops & conferences, and our teacher training course. Founded in 2008 by Ann Rodiger, the BAC is now in its largest location on 30th street in Manhattan equipped with a performance space and state of the art teaching and practice rooms.
Skills	No experience is necessary before starting your study of the Alexander Technique at the Balance Arts Center. Students are welcome to bring their interests and specific things they’d like to explore and improve to their lessons. We invite you to come with curiosity and open-mindedness as you begin this process of learning and change.
Work Visa Policy	The Balance Arts Center Teacher Training Visa Program is held through an M-1 Student Visa application process. Our teacher training programs are not paid positions but an opportunity to allow students to deeply integrate and refine the practices and principles of Alexander Technique into their own use.
Green Card Policy	Balance Arts Center hosts an M-1 Student Visa.
