I conducted daily inspections on the job site to identify potential hazards and risks and put control measures in place to reduce those risks and eliminate hazards. I prepare permits to work and develop safe systems of work procedures for workers on job sites. Supervise daily the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace and camp. I ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed. I conduct daily Pro-tour meetings for all the shifts and monthly safety meetings for all workers onboard. Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities. I conduct induction training for all new employees, visitors, and contractors that come to our job site.--
