In this position my role includes: 1. Developing, implementing and managing a proprietary payroll applications used in a global environment including Jamaica, USA, Canada, India and Philippines 2. Provide systems training and support to global clients via online training sessions utilizing current technology such as Cisco Web-ex Meeting environment. 3. Administer and support multiple database environments such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle and Mentor systems developers in best practices. 4. Provide Systems integration consultancy for 3rd party systems and our proprietary payroll process. Which includes Government and Commercial lines of business. 5. Make hardware and software recommendations for projects. 6. Travel extensively to remote client sites in the United States allowing me to interact with top level management, to make presentations and implement systems. I also provide training and support to all staff levels and create documentation.--
