Providing skilled engineers to retro fit rotating equipment around the world
Duties included retrofitting and upgrading using new materials on Rotary machines. Working as part of a team, that was deployed to be the main technical expertise onsite during the works being undertaken. Adapting to different work ethics and cultures around the world and using the local labour provided to the best of their abilities’ to ensure the work never fell behind schedule. • Read and use data from engineering drawings • Take accurate data using measuring equipment and entering the data to a usable data sheet. • Ensuring works undertaken was to a high standard. • Providing engineering reports and work procedures to colleges. • CAD and Inventor drawings made to fill the gap left by lost drawings or to procure manufacture of a spares.--
