I am highly driven to build my professional career as an ESL teacher. I can work independently or within a group. I can lead or assist in performing instructional projects within well-defined guidelines. I keep abreast of current publications relative to methods, techniques, and developments within the area of pedagogy and educational research.
JUNE 2016 – PRESENT TEACHER II, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (a) Classroom Teacher (2016–present) I have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students. I received an Outstanding Rating in our annual evaluation of the Results-Based Performance Management System. (b) Information Coordinator (2021-Present) I assist and act as a focal person in verifying and addressing issues and concerns raised by the public and the media involving our school or area. I was able to host various virtual educational seminars. I map out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs, and choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.). (c) School Statistician (2016-2018) I collect, analyze, and interpret data and identify trends and relationships in data. I create reports on student profiles, enrollment, school success indicators, and school facility. (d) Publication Adviser (2016-present) I keep the purpose of the newspaper foremost in the mind of the students. I facilitate the yearly publication of the school paper. The editorial staff are able to participate in various press conferences.--
