I am a classroom teacher managing less than 30 students. I teach English and Values Education in the fourth to sixth grade. I serve as a mentor to colleagues needing technical assistance in terms of lesson planning, demonstration teaching, assessment tools, research, other related concerns in terms of teaching and learning. I assist my school principal in terms of curriculum planning and instructions for the improvement of the students. I also serve as an officer-in-charge in case my principal is on leave or on training. I coached and trained potential campus writers in journalism and served as a school paper adviser from 2010 up to the present. I also trained and coached in sports-badminton. I am a researcher who published research online and in printed publications. I took my International English Language Tests (IELTS) last April 2021. In 2020, I received my certificate of TESOL from international academe.--
