Highlights:?Taught four mathematics sections in Grade 10 including Patterns and Algebra, Geometry and Statistics, and Probability increasing the MPL results of periodical examination by an average of 10%. ?Utilized cooperative learning, differentiated instruction and ICT to engage students’ attention and interests and guarantee the solid understanding of concepts introduced and taught ?Initiated the “Reach the Unreached” Program to address the school’s problem on students at risk of dropping out as well as the struggling ones to improve their academic performance ?Served as Junior High School Coordinator for 4 years working and collaborating with 20 Junior High School teachers to attain the school’s objectives and goals.

Goal:The main task of a teacher is to let the students learn. For me, I want my students not only to learn the concepts of Mathematics but also its application to real life. Many students, yes they can add, subtract, multiply & divide or they can even solve complicated problems but the ability to apply these in practical situations is the one that is lacking. I want my students to realize that not only the right answer or right solution is important in Mathematics but also the technique and the attitude on how they come up with the right answer or solution. To let my students improve their skills, abilities, .attitude and behavior, achieve life-long learning and succeed in life are my goals as a teacher.
