Ensure incidence are properly reported, documented and followed-up to prevent reoccurrence of sure event. ? Developed the safety manual and other safety related documents and SOP’s such as the waste management, Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), First Aid, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), among others which became a working document as approved by the LM and QM. ? Conducts safety trainings and drills for laboratory personnel and non laboratory staff (Administrative, Janitors and security personnel) on how to work in a safe environment and handle emergency situations. ? Ensure pathogenic materials are properly handled and disposed. ? Ensure safety protocols are followed duly. ? Prepares monthly report on occurrences, mitigations and performances for review.--
