Associate to the Small Grants Programme, Community security and social cohesion component of the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme in the east of Ukraine (Eastern conflict area). Since April 2019 UNRPP Small Grants team supported more then 400 small grant projects on community security, social cohesion, community policing, access to justice and women empowerment. Total amount of funding up to 3 mln US Dollars. Among those 400 progects, 148 were administrated by me as Small Grants Associate.
Duties: Assure smooth operational running of the small grants programme related activities by following established operational rules and procedures (including preparation of the supporting documentation, contracts, grant agreements and payments). Support the implementation of the grantee selection processes including through review and assessment of concept notes and proposals, budgets and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Participate in data collection, analysis and maintenance of grants management related database. Keep accurate electronic and paper filing, information and records systems. Implement the grant allocation processes. Consult grantees on financial accounting and reporting issues.--
