assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing operational needs of running a robust recruitment and on-boarding practices.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing Annual Recruitment Plan
• Work closely with assigned departments to deliver recruitment services within agreed time frame
• Evaluate recruitment agencies and maintain an approved list of service providers
• Maintain relationship with key stakeholders including academic institutions and recruitment agencies
• Coordinate with universities to targeted fresh graduates through Career Fair Programs
• Plan utilization of head-hunters, recruitment agencies and other resources to ensure timely closing of vacant positions
• Advertise external and internal posting jobs, accurate and reflective of current status, on electronic media including SC website, job portals, intranet and other possibilities approved by SC
• Provide expertise in identifying key words for CV selection and CV sourcing
• Oversee shortlisting of CVs for selected positions
• Coordinate proactively with departments for conducting interviews
• Coordinate with Immigration and Travel for arranging necessary visa and tickets for interview candidates and new employees
• Prepare and submit candidates offers and follow up for obtaining approvals and acceptance
• Update the recruitment data, reports, etc. including extracting reports from ERP as mandated by Head of Recruitment
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders for new employee on-boarding, ensuring all are aware and prepared for the new joiner
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept aware of new employee recruitment status i.e. inform HR Operation when employment contract is signed
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job--
