In the kitchen there are 9 positions, I dominate 5 of them, pointing me to the right hand of the kitchen manager. I received a checklist from the kitchen manager and I admin my time to complete that checklist. I memorize some recipes and after I finish prepare each item on my list, I put it in the fridge and return with the ingredients of the next recipe in the list, that helps me to save some time and do my work better and faster. I also sync my tasks when I am covering more than one position doing many things at the same time.--
