Goal:My vision as a teacher and leader is to strive to organize adults into a learning community who guides continuous instructional improvement thus supplying adequate resources to support learning opportunities. And the mission that I long to fulfill is to educate and develop well-rounded citizens who are passionate to learn, mentally alert, confident, and self disciplined and who are also able to cherish social and aesthetic values with readiness to mobilize a positive change towards a better future. This would hopefully be done when we as teachers understand and appreciate all students, provide a supportive learning environment and hold high expectations for their academic achievements. When the aim of each unit is set serving the vision and the curriculum is planned along with the teaching strategies that are designed in alignment with different learning needs, it is only then that the vision would be always visible and implemented by both the educator and the learner .

Moreover , we worked one –on-one to help support and fill gaps for students who need special attention . • Project Holder (Reteach Through Computers : A project that paves way to the use of technology in collecting data for low achievers and tracking their weakness in objectives • Mentoring and guiding the students who won the following Math Projects in the Science Math and Technology Fair at the American University of Beirut: 1-First Prize of 2008-2009 (Category: Real Life application, Title: GCF and LCM around us ) 2-Third Prize of (2010-2011) (Category : Real Life application, Feasible or Not : That’s The Question…) Feasibility Study for a healthy cafeteria at Our School ) as one of the 7 projects applying for an ISA (International School Award ) . The Project of the Feasibility study above ,which has been a joined project with a British school ,was one of the successful projects that has lead the school to win the ISA from the British council and 3-Third Price of 2011-2012 (Category : Model ,Title : Dome Sweet Dome ) A study of the benefits of the geodesic dome from the engineering point of view and high lighting its importance as an eco-friendly structure . 4- First Price of 2013-2014 (Category : Real life application , Title : A helping hand) A study of the importance of the use of different statistical representations to magnify the problem of child labour in Lebanon .
