Also provided mentorship of good data management practice • Designed and implemented a CDC funded DHIS2 system on the PROUD-Z project for use nationwide to collect and report PEPFAR funded HIV indicators. This system was automated to report data to DATIM instead of manual data entry. This cut the redundant manpower and time to report by close to 80% • Development of file backup system using Python (Flask framework) for study participants of the TB_SRN Study under the University of Bern (Switzerland). • Design and implementation of DHIS2 system for use by the University of Maryland, CIDRZ and CDC respectfully for PEPFAR funded HIV public health projects • Awarded the most innovative employee in 2019 for work done in improving data reporting through automation of various manual business processes • Assisted in the system administration of DHIS2 based systems by working on setting up the servers for external use, installing DHIS2 and supporting software, managing data backups as well as ensuring that all software was regularly updated • Gave presentations of abstracts accepted for the DHIS2 annual conference in Oslo, Norway in2019 (https://dac2019.sched.com/event/QXR8/tracker-for-hiv-country-stories) and 2021 (https://community.dhis2.org/t/use-case-bazaar-session-thursday-24-june-at-16-00/42948) on implementation of DHIS2 systems in Zambia. The systems in mention are CIDRZ's FIMS and CDC's MORE-ZM, respectfully. • Design and implementation of surveys using Survey Monkey and Qualtrics on behalf of AVERT to study use of mobile app technology for healthcare by teens and youth.
