I saw some negative reviews about this company, but I want to tell my personal experience with this company. I have been working with them since 2016 and continuing with them. The highlights of this company's service.
1. Immigration---Excellent.
2. HR team---Excellent.
3. Payroll & accounts---Excellent.
4. Offshore Team--- Excellent.
5. Management---Excellent. (They never behave like a boss for the company and they will spend time with the employees if they need to collaborate with them.)
Team is well trained and they guided me in every aspect.management will take reviews from consultants to improve their quality of service

commentI have consulted many consultancies in India,usa for h1b transfer, as mine was expired, but i found Abridge systems really helpfull with nominal processing fee, and all the staff are really helpfull ..right from processing to landing in usa, and picking up at airport and searching initally accomdation.
and fiding project in usa experiance also good, abridge has experianced marketing staff..
i hope i will njoy rest of my career with Abridge....

commentIts good company to be on H1B. Have many professional marketing , HR, Legal and recruiting teams. No issues and shady job when it comes to pay stubs and visa documentation. good at keeping up the promises made. Finding projects is also easy if we are talented as they’ve got the network, but can sometimes become hectic as they overwhelm with responses.

commentThis is very fair and neat company to join, Management with very high ethical values, join this company and just relax, until you get GC you don't need to worry about anything, Marketing is little slow, but who cares if really talented ? if you are with employer problem, join Abridge Info and get normal pulse and heartbeat.
I saw lot of Desi Employers having worst and sick attitude who have just two digit employees, but Abhijit sir is Very down to earth, this is 100% truth folks.

commentA DOL Audit is going on at this employer business location. This location will be soon closing with several H1 B employees leaving. Also two disgruntled employees have complaint about the abuse and exploitation of wage/hour rules and are demanding back wages. This company only works on a percentage basis and does not follow any DOL Wage /Hour laws. It will soon be asked to pay huge fines/ penalties.
