Do not trust this company more than worst and in India lot of fake people they won’t pay salaries for India supporting team so don’t make any deals with this company

This company is run by Husband and his Wife. Wife runs Wave Era Inc and her husband runs another company named: Ariston Tek Inc. Both of these companies are technically running scam starting with taking H1B fees from employees, performing tax frauds on paychecks, not paying on bench, deliberately issuing incorrect W2's, indirectly threatening employees, not filing H1B amendment/LCA or any required document or be it any document which requires money from their pocket.

Target audience for these guys have been spouse of H1B workers who are on H4 visa.

I would personally suggest NOT to stuck with these guys and rather wait for better employer who can file a legitimate H1B visa!!!!

Most petitions either get denied or rfe and they take ages to respond to rfe.They never send documents on time but they show off as if theyre perfect.Never go with them or you will suffer.Waste of my time nd money.
