ARK Solutions Inc. is a great place to work at.Its been a learning experience from day one. The process, roles and responsibilities are very clearly laid down unlike other organizations in similar business. Employees and consultants are given brilliant exposure in-terms of interactions with customers and training facilities. The company (HR and Management) is always ready to hear or listen to consultants/employees challenges and work out solutions accordingly. This makes it an ideal place to work.

I am working at ARK and I could not be happier, it was definitely the right move to develop my career. The work environment is excellent with a lot of camaraderie and teamwork. They portray themselves as very professional and not another body shop. However, once you start interacting with the staff, you realise that it is all talk.
The owner has serious issues with ego and is not personable at all. Not recommended.

They portray themself as a unique company that knows their clients and emaployees in every manner. But they are a DESI company that knows how to paint a picture, where are color run down when you join them. They promise the stars and when you work for them, they own you. Just be warned.......
Actions speak louder than words.
