From employer: The BAC Teacher Training Program offers the highest standard of training in the Alexander Technique. This immersive course allows students to deeply integrate and refine the practices and principles of AT into their own use. Students studying at this level experience deep personal change and growth while being immersed in a supportive group learning environment. By integrating the work into their own lives, students then learn how to communicate and teach this process to others from their own experience. BAC’s course is AmSAT certified and a comprehensive 1600 hours of study.
