commentThis consultancy is included in willful Violation list by DOL, so think before joining this consultancy as this may effect your H1 and GC application process. If you do little google search you will find other Violations and Lawsuits filed by DOL on Broadgate.
My suggestion: Run away from this consultancy.

we have W2 Employees who are working more than 10 years and never raised any concerns or complaints.
The persons who are incapable and not having strong knowledge in the subject or technologies are making these false statements.
AS a Manager I am available 24/7 to all my employees and ready to support on all the issues and management also reachable 24/7.
I would appreciate not to believe these baseless and false statements .

commentReally bad Management and they don't care about employees. They don't have any clients and Recruiters only send job postings from Dice. Gap between the projects will be atleast 4 to 6 months. They will take money from Employees to run pay check if employee is on bench. Company is also not transparent about billing rates.

commentI'm going anonymous as I still associated with this company. Soon I'll be moving to new employer.
Company cheats employees on the name of 80-20% rate. You will NOT get paid full 80% every month, they take some part of 80% of pay every month promising to pay full balance at the end of year. Only reason they keep the money is to blackmail the employee if he/she wants to leave the company. Even after multiple call and emails they will not pay your yearend balance on time. Most of the time they ignore your emails and calls. Sometimes even the monthly salaries are NOT paid on time. Its not easy to change project as Marketing team is not that strong. All Marketing team members are located in India.
Most of positive reviews are fake. You can observe most of the positive reviews are on particular time period. Here are few examples which shows these reviews are fake:
1) Broadgate don't have any inhouse projects. Broadgate is just a body shop company, places his employees in Client location through 3rd party Vendors. But below reviewer mention about workplace culture at broadgate !!

These Negative Reviews are immaterial without any facts and we don't have any employees by these names in past and present. I really don't know why people are making such bad remarks and really feel sad about them.
I am available to all my employees 24/7 - 365 days to resolve any kind of issues they are facing both onsite & off shore and we are prompt in delivering the services which they deserve.

commentOne of the worst companies to work for. Don't believe the positive reviews, most of them are fake. Salaries are Not paid on time and when we try to contact them they will ignore your calls and don't even respond to your emails.
I worked with few desi consultancies but this one is the worst of all. Kashi who is the CEO of the company never cares about his employees, and always treat his employees very badly.
Even after reading all these bad review if you like to join this consultancy then good luck !!

This the worst ever desi company you can see in your life. This company never pay payments to c2c vendors , also don't pay salary on time . By working just under 2 years Realized nomorehope and left as This path is hell, No workers or vendors will be happy working for them except Owners family. This company hires people on c2c basis and never pays properly money to the vendors. They treat employees as slaves. I really prayed God,hope DOL & USCIS do an audit frequently.

I don't have any rivalry with this company and I am not even working for them but I know some one that went there as an consultants( my friends) who lost lot of hard earned money.
They jsut squeeze your life just like that.I think owner doesnt know many things or he is busy with his works. But people who manages office is very dangerous. Beware of this guys,If you want to save yourself dont join this company.They play politics like anything.
If you start trusting this company then you are sure shot stepping into hell.
Please treat employees with respect and dont forget that company runs only because of employee's hardwork.
Just imagine he also president of ITSERVE
NOT sure how this employers feeds family with cursed money.

commentI have working with broadgate since April 2010, it is good company to work as i never faced any issue. During my tenure, my h1b extensions was done with no queries and also my visa stamping was successful with no issues. When i updated to new skills and pass the certifications they did reimburse me the fees too. I worked with their direct prime vendors such as IBM/Zerochaos and others.

no proper salaries on time. they run bare minimum low payroll.
no prime vendors, direct clients is out of question. expect 3-5 layers.
worked in 5 projects, each time I have travel to different states.
mine and 2 of my friends GC PERM got denied.
lot of hard earned money not given as promised per hour rate of various projects.

commentI am sharing my real experience, i joined this consulting company 8 months ago, got training & placed on project. They filed my h1 as promised, one reviewer mentioned they make you wait one year or/and only file for skilled worker, these are all non-sense and lies. I have been with broadgate for over 8 months, I always got paid on time and h1 was filed as promised with out any issue or without making me wait for one year as mentioned by one reviewer. So ignore these negative feedbacks.
Vamsi stays on top of everything and is always available to take the calls and answer any queries.

commentIt starts with sweet talks and all kinds of promises at the beginning. You are promised that the training will be done in 3 months and you will be able to learn all and work well. Once you join, you are trapped for a long long waste of time. They keep on dragging the training for 5-6 months and there is no word about marketing then. The trainer V-Wake will run the show and will never be on time. Also, the training is bad, its definitely not going to help in becoming a JAVA professional because the trainer only teaches using calculator and temperature examples which is nowhere closer to any real life scenario. Many people have ran away during the training period and also after getting into jobs through this consultancy. Also, they tell you at the time of joining that they will sponsor for H1-B but later when you are in, they say they will sponsor H1 only for very skilled employees and that too like next year so you will miss 1 chance of getting visa(considering that getting H1-B has become a lottery system since last few years now and every chance to apply matters a lot). And some of the people who are currently on H1-B visa through them are paid less then a full time entry level person. The management people, the big hats on top don't give a sh$&@ about anything. At the end if you cannot adjust to training or something, then you are just told to leave without any consideration about your career and visa status. My blood boils as I continue to write this review. I just wish that IT professionals stay away from such consultancies.

I am very happy with the company services and benefits.I got trained with them online (very flexible option unlike other companies who provide only in-class training).My H1B was sponsored through them without any hassle. I will definitely refer people to this Company.
