commentPlease don’t work with this company. Initially we worked with the bench sales recruiter. We presented one of their candidates for a position with our client. They promised they will deliver the candidate and were buying time. We convinced our client and finally candidate backed out. The Hr Manager never attends the call and she is unprofessional.
PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GIVE FALSE PROMISES AND NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE.
USCIS should audit these kinds of companies and sue them.
Candidates choosing this company to file the H1B, please stop approaching them.

commentCyma Systems is a wonderful company. I have been working with Cyma for over 10 years now. They have always handled immigration related issues very meticulously which speaks a lot about their talented team. Thanks to Cyma’s documentation, I never faced any issues for my H1 Extensions/Stampings and GC processing. Also, they have a great team for marketing, who proactively looks around for new projects and make sure transitioning from one project to next one is very smooth.
All in all, my experience is with Cyma Systems is great!!

commentI have been working here from past 11 years. Cyma systems inc is a very Professional and awesome consulting firm to work with.
What I liked most about them is their transparency working culture.They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised.
I get my pay checks on time. They have also got an excellent immigration attorney who has handled my H1B transfer and GC process very well on time.

commentIt's my pleasure working with this employer. There are very responsive. They take good care about employees in every manner. I got my GC processing at the beginning of my H1B period. They helped me to their core regarding immigration. Very experienced immigration team as well.

commentMy experience has been super positive. Right from recruitment through project end, everything was smooth.
Immigration wise, I think they have an extremely knowledgeable team that handles visa related cases.
Each time I had a question, I would get a reply within a day or two max. I was able to get a new project within a week!

commentCyma Systems is a great place to work and grow in career. The management team is simply awesome and supportive. The staff is very friendly and work-life balance is valued. They had a dedicated marketing team and in-house projects for immediate placements.
Pay rates are awesome especially with on-time payment and excellent benefits..
I have been working with this firm for last 11 years and never had any issues.

commentThese ladies will act super sweet in the beginning and you will be overtly excited to know that they provide a 80-20 percent share. But beware, thats just fake. They want to charge you for everything possible. Ok I am good with paying also but when I asked for a breakdown of the H1b visa cost I am told "Please check USCIS website"... You are asking me $7000 and you cannot provide a breakdown !!! Thank god I didn't go with them. I was a potential employee and was lucky enough to know right in the beginning that these ppl are frauds.
