Vasu Gannamaneni and his VP took an interview for 75 minutes on Fri, March 25, 2011 2:43:47 PM and sent feedback unprofessional way. They want someone to manage their office desktops but want production experience it seems. It's a humiliation to the candidate that they interviewed. Basically, they do all kinds of frauds to place people at client location with fake resumes. None of them have IT experience back home in India. Satyam computers downfall make them super rich. BE AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

1. Management is not capable to forecast resource demand. Means if one opening comes they will NOT judge it is for long term and short term. They simply recruit resource and lay off if he/she get release from that project. It is happening now...
2. They had one client which was 80% income source, but now client reduce more than 50% of resource. So no major client. Still resources are keep getting release.
3. Once resource get release from one project, they will not look for another project (because they do not have many opening). They mostly work with C2C basis (there will be another layer b/w client and HTC) except one major which may close by end of this year.
4. This not service based company and it is purely STAFFING consultant. No body knows what you are in project. All of sudden one day you will get release with 2-5 days of notice.
5. They will process GC, but you need to be company for that.. You may be released from company if you get release from project.
6. They will mention around 22 days paid vacation days in offer letter, but that includes around 10days holiday. They will not mention this in offerletter or anywhere and can not come to know before joining.
7. After joining with HTC, you will loose your technical knowledge/skill definitely as you will same kind of work repeatedly. Not much development/enhancement work...all kind of maintenance work.
8. If you decided to join with HTC, also be ready to go out of company any time and do NOT have any personal commitments.
9. There will be lot more issues, i can not mention all... If you have steady job...DO NOT JOIN AND SCREW YOUR LIFE AND CAREER.
      - 5/16/2018 - I totally agree with this guy. HTCis just a body shop. They only care for as long as you make money for them. Once they come to know you are getting released from a project, you will get an email saying you will be released from HTC the same day. If you ready to be in that situation, then join.
And good luck getting your h1b approved with this company. It will take forever, you cant even renew your driving license. - flag
