?NOBODY CARES IF AN AMERICAN LOST HER JOB IN THE PROCESS.

?It works similar to an ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE. Whoever is employing these FAKE H1B/OPT candidates are actually American Companies. These FAKE candidates wouldn't have survived without the help of the American End Clients. Now, it's upto you to judge whose fault is that. American companies are SAVING money and Indian companies are MAKING money. It's a win-win situation.

IT Consulting Companies owned by Indians have no software development project of their own. They just RENT their H1B/OPT workers to other larger firms like TCS and make a profit of 20%-50% from each H1B/OPT worker's salary. These companies use H1B as a tool for exploitation and enslavement.

I got the engineer offer from campus interview. The pay and benefit package was good, but they did not start my PERM process until after I worked there for 2 years. Sure, the company paid everything, but you can not talk to the immigration attorney directly and you never know what really happened. Some HR people are helpful, but some are not that friendly!
