commentI am with Javen for last 7 months and I am really happy to work with such highly skilled and committed team. They have a good clientele(many big and long term contracts) in Twin cities area and are really good at their business. Their recruitment team is extremely good in finding relevant project opportunities and meeting both client and resource expectations. All their processes are transparent, have good company and HR policies, benefits and are very ethical. They are very approachable and prompt in listening to my questions/concerns, I always get my queries answered or my concerns addressed almost immediately. Their visa work is smooth and hassle free and have good attorneys at their side to handle all legal formalities for different work status/situations. I never have had any issues with them and see myself with them for many years down the line. Would highly recommend Javen to anyone looking for new opportunities.

commentJaven technologies is a very Professional and awesome consulting firm to work with. What I liked most about them is their transparency working culture. They are very honest and sincere people and the management stands by what they promised. I get my pay checks on time. Lot of direct clients. They have also got an excellent immigration attorney who has handled my H1B transfer and GC process very well on time. I was earlier working for a large MNC as a full time employee before joining ATC. Its been more than2 years now. I'm proud of my decision to join this growing and promising consulting firm.

commentHaving been associated with other staffing and consulting firms, it was a refreshing change for me to learn about Javen Technologies, Inc; an organization with a pragmatic vision which is followed through thoroughly. Javen Technologies Inc has been doing a wonderful job in creating its differentiators, a must in today’s competitive environment, and steadfastly growing in its chosen direction. NO wonder why Javen made 5 years in a row to become a fastest growing company in MN & USA.

commentI applied for a position with Javan. Its offer letter said it will pay my first pay check after the 45 days and pay for first 30 days only. It holds 15 days of pay check.
I rejected the offer.
