The company paid a low salary for my talent. I had a superior who was more like my junior in knowledge, but his chief was telling all what to do to our team. He was banned from FDA in past, we feel like we must walk on egg shells, while at the same time make zero mistake. A few people were terminated that did not deserve it. They have zero error tolerance in all areas. People tell on each other to save themselves from being fired. We have H1-B Visa workers, some are very good, and smart, but in some cases we also employ their spouses that have no knowledge of Pharmaceutical, and should not be working here. All of the H1-B Visa workers complain about having to sign a Rider Agreement that they will not quit from the company for 3 and ½ years, but if they do, they have to pay KVK TECH back $25,000. The company also makes all of us sign a Non-Compete Agreement that we cannot work for a Competing Pharma company within 300 miles for 2 years after our employment with KVK TECH. I did not like signing this bond, but I had to do the needful to get a job to support my family. When the FDA is around the person that was banned in the past, runs, and hides at home, because they are not supposed to be in the building. I accomplished enough things to make this company successful, and went and got another job. I showed the company my 2-week notice, and they tried to make me stay an extra 2 weeks, and I did work the extra 2 weeks to make it a 4-week notice. I was lucky my new employer allowed it. At the end of 4 weeks, the company threatened to come after me in court for working at a competing Pharma. This is not professional on their part.

This company get their employees sign non-compete agreement for 3 1/2 years with $25,000 penalty for early resignation. Illegal practice and slavery in 21st century. Never work here.

      - 7/25/2012 - I totally agree about what was said here. It is the most unprofessional place on the earth. The place is ran by so-callled "consulltant",who can't be officially employed in pharmaceutical industry beccause of his criminal history and debarement. Please, anyone, who is desperate for the job,do not even think about joining this company, you are better off job. Believe me. It is HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - flag
Former Scientist - 10/3/2012 - I TOTALLY agree with the other reviews. It's a very unprofessional place to work. They ABUSE workers with H1A visa. They are underpay and treat them like slaves. The supervisors/managers are TERRIBLE and the "consultant/owner" is worse than a dictator. The HR manager left last year after 6 months..please somebody, report !!! this company to the Labor department (and OSHA too)... - flag
