They Got me a job, Did my H1B and also applied for my GC process. They pay less in my opinion but I never had any delays in my Pay check and never had any issues with money. They have a strong Marketing Team Onsite and Offshore, a large well connected group and tons of requirements. I have recommended at least 4 of my friends here who also have got jobs through them.

I've been working with this company for the past 3 years. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, someone is there to help me out.

Before I started to work with them, the contract terms were explained to me. As long as you abide by the terms that you agreed to they will provide what they agreed to as well.

As for the salary, I have never experienced a delay in my payment.

As far as I'm concerned, LP is a good company to work with.

This company engages in bait and switch tactics. They go so far as to conduct skype video interviews by having someone else speak into the microphone while the person on camera mouths the words!! Impressive how the adaptation of technology is being used to trick prospective Hiring Managers these days. The only true way to interview contractors and know what your getting is face to face interviews these days. Luckily we caught it before an offer was extended.

Play with words and trap you to work. very bad in managment and take advantage of consultant. I had very bad experience as my other consultant fellow.
