When I was offered multiple opportunities, they guided me to take the more challenging role though the other opportunities were financially lucrative. It is great to find an employer that cares more about individual career growth than the money. HR representative is also a certified paralegal and is highly responsive, always available to help with any immigration related questions to. This company has some of the best people that motivate and encourage you to do better personally/professionally and grow as an individual. I have worked for quite some time with MIT and I never had a problem either when it comes to job satisfaction, salary or paper work. They are super keen on making sure all the paper work is in right order and address issues in a timely manner. All I could say is as an employee I was super happy.

commentI've been in this company for 5+ years and so far the experience has been nothing less than amazing- I can concentrate on the work and need not worry about anything- everything from visa filing- paycheck- support, everything found to be seamless. The Owner and the staff, esp. HR were very professional and courteous in any matter I brought up with, and tend to resolve quickly and amicably.
I'd highly recommend MIT for any consultants that look for good employer for Visa jobs/ Green Card filing.

commentI’ve been with this company for over 3 years now and have so many good things to mention about this company. I could've also wrote bad things about this company if I wanted and post my negative reviews by being anonymous here like others did below and think no one would guess who am I, They think this is the easy way out to point a figure at someone by being anonymous on such portals but what they don’t realize is how bad circumstances were for them when they came to this company and where these people are today. If it wasn't for MIT Resources, They all would have lost their Immigration Status and sent back to their Home Countries.
I would rate this company by 4.5 out of 5 on my personal experience with this company. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 out of 5 is because we all know the fact that there is always a room for improvement, NO ONE IS PERFECT.
I would like to thank all of the MIT associates (Specially Mr. Prasad Maganti) for helping me shape my career in US and I would defiantly recommend this company to others who really like to work in Friendly & Helpful Environment. Entire staff is always on their toes to help you out with your Job hunting and your Immigration related Issues. They provide great benefits with your salary and never late on payment. What more do you want from a consulting firm???

comment Giving my real opinion. No bias or prejudice. First of all i used to work wit this company for 2 years. Like others they don`t keep promises about the salary. No clear explanation how you will be paid and all. They pay after 45-50 days.Even after working for 2 non stop years, my last salary ratio was 70-30 which is not the case with other companies.
As far as marketing/recruiters are concerned, no comments. But one thing for sure, recruiters (on site) put pressure on the owner of the company. They seat with the owner of the company in same cabin for whole day and just do internet surfing or watch cricket match or do personal stuff. They act like they are the boss and they decide everything. Without knowing the technical abilities of a consultant, they force them to go for development side only for which there is no support to survive on job. I got only one job when i was working there and that also through other company since this recruiters screwed up every thing saying at this rate company can`t move forward. They don't submit the consultant`s resume even , if the rate is low. They think from their commission point of view. Neither consultant`s nor company`s point of view.
One of the so called recruiters is now working as QA somewhere (he always denied others to go for QA).Being an employee of the company he misused the authorities being given to him and never worked as a loyal employee. Just for money he was there. This is too much. Again i am not exaggerating the issue but that person has not placed a single consultant except taking the follow up for e mails which most of the people can do.
The owner is nice person but he is always under pressure of the recruiters. Other thing i felt bad was you need to ask for raise , they won`t do by them selves thinking that all are working hard for money. So furious about that recruiter that if i meet him again, i would smack his head in the wall. Just a suggestion to the owner, never repeat the same mistake of hiring a person as marketing executive or recruiter just because they have MBA degree, and no idea of what Recruiting is all about.
To those who want to join this company one suggestion that DO NOT let the so called recruiters do your marketing. Only go with the owner since he is the one who finds the real or genuine requirements and gets a job for you.

Always remember that no one is 100% perfect in this world and everyone has some weakness as well as strength. Did you ever discussed your issues with the Management team or brought it up upfront? As you are confirming you worked for two years with this company. If you were not happy at all, what made you stay with this company for 2 years?
Rating company with negative comments just because you disliked the way how a singe recruiter worked and doubting their credibility is not appropriate. Never judge anyone by pointing out their one weakness. Always think about what best they did for you when you were in need. It would have been very helpful to know your name instead of posting something as anonymous.
Remember 'Respect is a two-way thing and you should treat others in the same manner how you would like to be treated' -

commentMaganti IT Resources is one of the consulting firms who never able to get you a single job interview or job. In the starting they will say that they will file your H1 and will market you. But they will not even provide you an offer letter for CPT application in the University. How they are going to file you H1...so funny, right. If you are on student visa than they will ask you to take transfer to one black listed university because they are getting commission through that university. Owner of this company will never talk to you. You always end up talking with so call recruiters Arpit, Urja and Teena, who even does not know anything about marketing. These recruiters will send you 10 to 15 requirements every day and you have to forward your resume to these requirements but you will never get a single call from any of the requirements. Because all these requirements are fake. They just act as if they are marketing you but they do not have even a single vendor to place you. And when you will get job by yourself they will take the same commission and even will not pay you on time.
Fair Opinion - 8/14/2012 - Maganti IT is based in CT. I am not working with them but i know the person who owns this firm very well. He is really a person with great intellectual. He is very soft spoken and well versed technical personality. He passed me one requirement , i worked on that i got job and still on the project. Even i am in touch with most of the people working there. Lead recruiter is really good professional. What i observed is they have some direct client requirements.
They have 3-4 branches across U.S. and 2 branches in India. I talked to one of the consultant also and got really good review about the company. Their support and guidance regarding immigration is really helpful. I would love to work with such professionally managed company. They have many consultants happily working there.The most important thing is though being professional, they think from consultant`s point of view.They are not money oriented at all. I had just one meeting with the owner and lead recruiter over there and during that session, i really got many useful things to know. Hats off to the owner, he sent me the requirement whether i can work on that and it clicked surprisingly ! Without any personal benefit he referred me and i am surviving very well.
Trust me if you have patients and willingness to get some thing good, if you want to be a successful IT Professional you can join this company and you will see the great outcomes.
