Accidentally landed with NextGen through a reference, Very bad experience with my H1 process. My interview experience with their vendors is below industry standards. Wish I had ended up in the right place to start with. I wouldn't recommend this. It has really costed me valuable time with no results from them

I started my career with NextGen Solutions and have never had a reason to look for other companies. They always place me for the best projects, pay on time and they even helped me get my H1. The recruiting team always gets me good interviews with good vendors and clients when I'm off project. They were able place me pretty fast. If you are new IT world I would definitely recommend NextGen Solutions. They have direct clients for latest technologies like Devops and Service NOW etc..They are one of the best in the market. I would rate this company 9.5/10. My experience with them is excellent So far.The management is very nice and have responded to my concerns quickly. They filed my H1B on time and I found no issues with them so far. I would really recommend, if someone is looking for a good company with prompt in payments and transparency, NextGen is one of those companies to start with. Way to go NextGen.

After working with them for a year at their client in Boston,Honestly i don't see anything negative...All I care about is my marketing,Pay and Immigration..Paycheck is on time and their marketing Team is very aggressive...Whatever they promised me when i joined...Has been fulfilled ..Honest and Transparent..and i am happy about my decision
