commentPROS: Good benefits, Salary increment based on performance, Flawless Visa documentation- They work with market top legal firms, I got my H1B approved without RFE. I was recommended by a friend who is working with NobleSoft from past 5 years. Now, I am recommending to some other friends as Noblesoft Solutions a best employer I have been experienced so far.

commentI lost my Job during Covid-19 after my company Laid off Several Employees. I was referred to noblesoft by a friend and I was hesitant at first to join a Consulting Company because of all the stories i have heard before. But It was a very much different experience with Noblesoft on the contrary. Right from the Top Level Management to the HR and Recruiting Team they were very helpful in getting me the Job i wanted, I was able to get the Job with their Direct Client and also Transfer my H1b immediately within the 60 day window and approval in a Short Window. It was a very stressful period in the Months of March and April and noblesoft kept me updated on each step of the interview, hiring and immigration process. Kudos to the Team and hope this journey continues for a while i would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good Employer that Noblesoft is one among them

commentIt was great working with Noblesoft Solutions. I worked with Noblesoft Solutions for 10 months and had to move on for another opportunity. They are good in fulfilling the commitments made while joining. With respect to H1B processing, they have good relationship with the client which helps us in getting the H1B approved without RFE. Also on-time GC processing as promised. I really dont have any negative to comment, just a suggestion need to be little proactive on updating employees on the status of the project closure and other important updates employees eagerly waiting for. commentI started working with Noblesoft in the month of May 2018 and I was left with only 8 months for my H1 cap to expire and Noblesoft team was kind enough to take me in and process my H1 transfer and file my GC. Within 3 months I got my perm approved from the date it was filed and by November 2018 I got my I140 also approved. All this time it has been very promising to be with Noblesoft and they really take care of their employees. I had experience with looking up other employers before coming to Noblesoft and unlike them even though I was joining for the first time, Noblesoft's recruitment team does an excellent job of diligently looking up new roles and scheduling interviews which in my view is the best part and within 2 months I got numerous opportinities of interviews.
Noblesoft has tie up with a very good law firm and their Attorney would make sure all the documents are properly reviewed and submitted. By now, I have had an H1 transfer and H1 extension and it's been through without any RFEs.
There has never been a delay in paycheck and Noblesoft is very particular about the employment standards and do not harass their employees in any way. The employer particularly is very kind and sober while interacting with the employees
I would recommend anybody to blindly put faith on Noblesoft and join them.
I got recommended here by one of my friends who had worked with Noblesoft for almost 10 years and he had assured me that Noblesoft would take care of all visa and GC stuffs properly and indeed they have. I'm happy to be part of Noblesoft.

commentI have joined this place August 2014 after graduating in summer. They put me at a guest house got trained online and sent me to job in 2 months Total time including training. Helped me in finding a job and were very friendly and helped me find a place to stay at the new job location as well.
I strongly recommend for anyone graduating from college with a masters degree and looking for a desi consultancy they specialize in some IT fields. I had lot of doubts as this was referred by a friend and dint know anyone here but turned out to be a better choice
They provided me everything at guest house, nice and clean guest house and had no issues and had a great time with other employees who were along with me.
Job is pretty cool I am getting paid good and everything is paid on time on 15th.

I received Training in Salesforce, I Secured a job after my initial training, it took about 2 weeks and had little bit stress during the initial 2-3 months but everything worked out perfectly. Trainer helped me with all my questions during my initial Job period and now I am able to work without any Support.
