commentObjectwin has now started down the tradition of trying to cheat consultants that work with them on a corp-corp basis by not paying for the last month of work and withholding payments - easy money for them
Plain and pure cheating for the poor company that supplies the candidates and the consultants who work and in the end not get paid

comment I have worked with Objectwin for quite some time now. Although the reviews about them ring a bell of earlier times, the company seems to have changed quite a bunch. I remember the time when it was very hard to get a response from management, but that is old news. Now even if they can't answer your call right away they will call you the same day and pay attention to what you need.
As far as the working environment I get to report to my Account manager on a bi-weekly to a monthly basis but being a consultant means you aren't at the employer site 99% of the time. Their legal department is great and they are very clean with their paper work (my experience).
Salary being most people's concern, it is dependent on how good a negotiator you are, but that is true with all companies (big or small). The benefits are decent and the good thing is that they take care of the air fare, hotel and lodging expenses on new projects for a couple of weeks. My point is that we all have something to bicker about our employer (atleast almost all of us), but the truth is every company has an hourly margin they need to hold on to so they can a. contibute the 7.2% employer taxes b. take care of your benefits c. pay the administrative and HR folks d. Run the company and e. ofcourse a profit margin. No company is doing us a service and come on neither are we. Everybody wants to hold on to a bigger piece of the pie so it takes a calm and collected negotiation to make sure everybody is happy.
Finally as far as the reviews about the company all over the web, those seem to be personal experiences but some of them are worded in rage so I am sure the truth has been magnified out of hate. I believe a lot of people were using the web to voice their rage especially most of them when the country went into the recession and they lost their jobs.
NOTE: These are just my personal views and are by no means intended to influence anybody in favor of or against Objectwin. The best way to find out about any company is shopping around and if possible talking to friends who might be working for them.

commentCompany is gud pays on time, marketing is avg and regarding pay stucture you need to carefull while working with them otherwise they will cheat you
