IT Consulting Companies owned by Indians have no software development project of their own. They just RENT their H1B/OPT workers to other larger firms like TCS and make a profit of 20%-50% from each H1B/OPT worker's salary. These companies use H1B as a tool for exploitation and enslavement.
ever wonder why prokarma never gets a single visa rejected?

commentFor hard to place positions, they schedule interviews with real professionals that charge a high hourly rate and ask them questions via skype, then they play back the interview to the low rate consultants they want to place in order to get charge the customer the same rate and keep a larger amount of money for themselves. All this, while providing the customer with someone who is less experienced for the position just so they can make more money for themselves. If you are an American Citizen with experience, don't fall for this - this place is a scam that will use you to place a cheaper overseas worker.

prokarma never had a single visa denied. investigate it.
prokarma mostly hire H1b visa, just recently started hiring american citizen.
Many prokarma have been sitting on the bench for past several months.

commentI faced weird situation with prokarma. They said will take full time and put me waiting for 1 year, but final project completed, they did put any new project and simply left me like that. Initially they said that they are having projects, but it not true.
DON'T JOIN PROKARMA. its honest suggestion and prokarma people are fraud and they didn't do what they promised.

commentProkarma Inc is the one of the Best IT Company to work, i am fortunate to have in Prokarma, they always Respects the employee, they care really well, if you are the performer and good with the attitude Prokarma always embraces, I have been working with Prokarma from the Past 6 plus years. The health benefits and 401k match (upto 3%) is good, and also i have 3 weeks yearly vacation time.
AnuDev - 6/1/2016 - Don't ever join prokarma. These prokarma people plays the consultants and they never do what they promised. All are fraud and never ever join prokarma at all. Its my honest suggestion -

commentRecruiters market with false claims. In reality they are just a consulting firm with a very few clients, no employee benefits. Never expect EB2 GC filing, they dont do that. Recruiter will promise immediate gc filing, rate increase after an year etc, be careful of these claims. After joining, CEO will come back and say we cannot do EB2 as there are lot of queries from USCIS and it is risk for them. Never opt for fulltime if you are on h1b. If your project is over then you have to relocate anywhere or move out as they usually have only one client in a state if at all.

commentNever join this company as full time and they will throw out once your job is over at client place and they have only one client and they don,t work on C2C as well even if we found job ourself . Better join as consultant on c2c

commentNever even try to join this company or in other words this company should be the last option that one should think. When they want to recruit you they promise you like anything. In-fact you can not even imagine their promises. But once they start the process then you will see the other side of the company. Initially they respond to every call you make and every mail you send. Sooner no one answer your call and days pass on they even dont reply to your mail.
The company lawyer is just awful. He even dont know how to answer the RFE. He never respond he sleeps all day all night.
This company have made me to wait for 7 month and still they are not getting me on board. EVerytime I ask they say they will but they never do it. . My first H1 got denied. They re-applied it again and and it went for ever. Finally the second H1 got approved after 5 months and now they don't me recruit.
