PVR Employer is the worst person i have ever faced & he is doing a fraud business looting money from employees.
Worst Marketing team - Trust me they are not going to find any project for you!!!
Worst HR - She knows nothing!!
Worst Employer - He is a liar and a Fraud.
They behave good only till you have job and keep your salary(at-least 3 months) with them and never expect your money back.
Worst Communication/team - They will never ever going to reply you back if you don't have a job.
They have applied for H1B for 200 people and charged money from all the people and we never know if they applied for real or not.
and the fraud list goes on and on.............
They do charge fee for H1B application New/Renewal/extension

I have been with PVR America for over 6 Months, Trust me most horrible span of my career.
Mental tension, nothing well processed.
Never join PVR America, They just eat your money.
It has horrible and worst marketing team.
You can never get placed with the team they have.
The HR team is worst ever i saw in my career.
Dont even ask me about the Immigration team.
Never join this company

commentThis is very company, worked 3 years as slave, don’t pay salary on time every year 3 to 4 month salary will not pay and rest of payment also have to call and beg them Many times. they will not give pay stub accesss so that people can transfer h1 to other company, I have frustrated and leaving country because of this frod guys. Be carefull who were joining here and request DHS should take action on this company.

commentPVR America is a fraud company. They look for ways to make you stay with them for a long time. They force you to sign contract with them which have clauses like 18 month employment and 10K fine for leaving the company. Basically they try to slave you. I have worked for this company for almost 18 months and moved to a different one. During this 18 months they are irresponsible. Only thing they care about is MONEY. They withheld all my documents.
Don't waste your time considering PVR America for a job opportunity.

commentAll of the people at PVR America including Senior Management are great to work with and friendly. Everyone is willing to help each other out to get projects done and come together as a Team. The compensation is great. Great 401K options and great Retirement benefits.I love their Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Health insurance which is one of the greatest. Great rates and plans. Huge offshore facility and good backend team to work with. Very responsive. I recommend all 5 STARS to PVR !!!
