H-1B Dependent: No - Willfull Violator: No

Sound Agriculture Company filed 3 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 0 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Sound Agriculture was ranked number 37,435 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, all petitions were certified!

Before Sound Agriculture can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Sound Agriculture. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Sound Agriculture submitted 3 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Rate and Review Sound Agriculture Company

★☆☆☆☆ - Corrput and Clueless - - - 7/14/2011 - flag as inappropriate - comment
From ethical violations, to group think, confirmation bias to liars, everything is going on in this company. Many social networks in the company impede performance and functional silos and blame games persist. Promotions are given to the least qualified and competent personnel. Several management changes have happened over the last few years, and customer complaints and lawsuits are ongoing. Hiring practices are questionable and corrupt.

★☆☆☆☆ - Flagrant Employee Abuse and Poor Management - - - 6/6/2011 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Soon after relocating to Mount Vernon, Ohio to accept a position with Rolls Royce Energy Systems, I learned the company has a poor reputation in their own community for not valuing their employees. That was not what I wanted to hear, but it certainly turned out to be true. Replacing a man who had been well-loved and who had basically built the job I was stepping into, I was the first woman to ever join the tight-knit group of male technical writers. Apparently, I was compared to my predecessor and found wanting, for the group quickly closed ranks against me during my first two weeks. One month into my job, I learned that my 2010 performance goals included being tasked with writing a cost-savings analysis for outsourcing MY JOB. I began receiving harassing phone calls at work. My supervisor, recently promoted from within the group, began excluding me from weekly staff meetings. Although I worked long hours and exceeded my performance goals, I was targeted for dismissal. Management is shady and substandard. It took 7 weeks just to get the basic software I needed to do my job, the manuals I worked long hours to complete under deadline sat in shipping for months, and the online timekeeping systems is so poorly managed that nobody uses it. The Mount Vernon facility work environment is filled with middle school-level politics and cliques. Applicants beware!
