They are very prompt, transparent and will work by understanding the individual that is lacking in many big Indian IT companies.
Salary- Very prompt on the last work day
Immigration- They are ready to help on anything

No Doubt, THE BEST Place to work!
I really appreciate and thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much in these past 2 years (and still learning from this great place), and will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues.
Sapphire is just filled with lots of opportunities at every level of career.
Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support... be it technical or personal.
Company Head(Srikanth): Must Say, He is such a cool & supportive person, always have the best solution to any concern/problem and always there to motivate, encourage & provide the best guidance or help.
HR(Head of Talent and Culture): A happy person with a smiling face always and also, always ready to listen to employee queries/concerns and try to help in the best possible way.
Manager: Has always been a friend more than a Manager.

commentI would rate this company as 9.5/10. The reason not giving it full is because every company needs something to improve in. My experience with them so far is very good. They were fast enough to move ahead with things quickly. The POCs (Srikanth and Manoj) are very nice men and have responded to my concerns quickly. I would really recommend, if someone is looking for a good company with prompt in payments and transparency, Sapphire is one of those companies to start with. Way to go Sapphire.

commentI generally do not write reviews but I'm doing so with this company as I am immensely happy with their work. They were very efficient in finding me a job in a weeks time and then when I had VISA problems they took care of the issue with utmost diligence. 100% recommend.

commentSapphire Softech Solutions - That's a honest to goodness organization as I haven't confronted any issue till date where as I am managing them since 2015 when they offered me a 3 years specialized administration upkeep design. Despite everything I call them when I confront any issue and their specialized group is extremely co-agent to settle it on need.
