commentThis is a terrible company. They won’t provide the documents which you request for. Main recruiter works from India and does all manipulations. HR manager is very rude to the employee. They fire the employee when they apply for OPT extension and doesn’t allow him to come to the office for any documents. They ask job description to provide experience letter and later they won’t provide it and make fun of the employee in there internal emails. They waste the consultants time with bad marketing. They just need money. CEO of this company is bad creating all these issues and harassing. They write positive reviews for themselves which are not real.

Shalini and Gopi really helped me to solve my immigration issues and file my GC as well. Really great company to work with and friendly staff.

commentI have been with Saxon Global for past few years. When i joined Saxon, i was bit doubtful how the things are going to work but in a short period of time i became very successful with Saxon.
They are really very professionals and have amazing work culture. CEO Mr. Gopi Kandukuri is a true professional and very supportive to his employees.
I never found Gopi as my boss he always walk with us to understand our problem and solve them with his team.
Immigration team is really awesome they solve any issues related within no time. The same with marketing , recruiting and management team which makes the Saxon a great employer to work with.
I personally thank every crew member of Saxon who works to build career of their consultants.
Needless to say Saxon will be Leading the IT Industry in the near future with its great work culture and professional ethics.

commentThey terminate your employment when you apply for OPT extension through them when your EAD is about to come. Very bad company with unethical practices and they don't like you if you request them for important documents. New HR behaves very rude with employee and she don't want the employee to come to the employer's office and the main marketing person will take extreme steps on the employee and the CEO follows what ever she says though he knows what was going on. Marketing is a joke one should market themselves here. Worst company in the whole Nation.

Very professional and supportive team/staff.
They are upto date with the latest market needs in terms of training/tools/techniques and career development.
CEO Gopi is very friendly and Supportive every aspect of his employees professional and technical needs which makes it very easy for anyone to walk up to him for any kind of guidance regarding their career in IT.
They have very good immigration team and I never had to deal with any immigration related issues they also have good employment benefits.I would recommend Saxon Global to anyone and wouldn’t even think twice about it.

They are very professional and have a very supportive team including from the top Management to the staff personnel. They are always on edge with latest market needs in terms of training/tools/techniques and career development. CEO Gopi is very friendly and I could always walk up to him anytime for professional/personal advice. They have very good immigration team and I never had to deal with any immigration related issues. They have good employment benefits and I never had issues with their Accounting, they were always on time and very transparent. I started my career with them and today I am in a position to choose Jobs.They have good compensation benefits.I worked for them at a number of client locations.They help you in enhancing your skills time to time to meet the industry and the client needs.
They have a strong legal team who help in your immigration processes and EAD filing.

Great people at all levels of the company. CEO Gopi is very supportive. HR Manager (Megha) is very helpful. She is excellent in handling all the immigration cases. They filed my H1 and also got my I-140 approved through Saxon. Manger (Ranjita) is very Cooperative. Excellent sales team.

commentI have been working with SAXON for more than a year now. Unlike a lot of low caliber staffing firms, SAXON is highly motivated and innovation driven environment. This is one of the best staffing companies in US which helps employees in filing their H1 and Green card. I was surprised when my H1 was transferred so quickly and VISA got extended for 3 more years. It was so smooth & hassle free. They initiated my PERM process with in a short period as assured. Staff here are very committed and dedicated. They are always a phone call away when needed. Especially Megha & Ranjita who take lead from HR & Accounts departments do a tremendous job with their prompt response and precise information which clears the air & confusion. Excellence of SAXON is having a great competent marketing team that never lets you serve bench. Also SAXON has many employee benefit programs such as group Insurance, 401(K) and ask your Attorney. I highly recommend SAXON, a great place to work if you are a smart IT professional.

commentI joined Saxon in 2010, I was on F1 visa, Saxon helped me with H1B visa. I got my H1B approved with out any issues, all thanks to Saxon's credibility and its HR team.
I also got my GC Labor and I-140 approved through Saxon with out any hassle with in 9 months.
Saxon has the best team and CEO, I would definitely refer Saxon to all.

commentI am the current employee of Saxon Global. This is my first company from where I have started my career in US. Though I have an IT background, our HR manager ( Ms. Megha Kalia) trusted on me and offered me a job in her team as an HR. She gave me one the job training and helped me in every walks of my life. She is such a genuine boss I ever worked with. She always supports me and provided me the comfort zone where I can share my thoughts about our HR process , though I am pretty new to the company still she always ask for the opinions the ideas.
This is one of the best staffing company in US which helps employees in filling their H1 and green card as well. We have employees all over the US who are working with us for almost more than 5 years.
Our CEO ( Mr. Gopi Kandukuri) is a great leader and a true man, he always motivates employee and appreciate their hard work. I never felt like I am working with the owner of the company, he always treats his employees like a family and encourage all of us to maintain the culture in our office.

commentI joined Saxon three years ago and it was introduced me through my previous employer. I was running into certain issues with immigration when the CEO of the company(Gopi Kandukuri) came up with a strong point for the case. If I am here in the US, I would attribute that to the CEO of Saxon and the CEO of my old company.
Once onto Saxon, I had a great experience. The culture of the company is laid back and the whole operations team are great to talk to and will give you exactly what they need. The HR of the company(Megha) was always there for me when I needed help with immigration issues, the accounts team is headed by Ranjita, who is a great person to work with. It also has an excellent sales team lead by Laura, who is the sweetest person ever.
I had no issues while I got my H1B stamped in India and the whole crew gave me everything that I needed to make sure that the process happened smoothly. I had the opportunity to meet the CEO, Gopi and was bowled over by his humbleness and simplicity. He is very encouraging and also helped me with pursuing my MBA from Ball State University.
Saxon also has an office in hyderabad and when I went to India last year, I asked Gopi if I can work from Saxon and he arranged me a taxi to go to the office and work(even though I took a bike ride as I wanted to ride the bike). Everyone there at the hyderabad office was welcoming and it just feels good to be in the company of good people.

commentRight after completing my Masters, I got a position at Saxon on EAD OPT. They applied for my H1-B with no issues the next year and I easily got the H1 for 3 years. After the H1 started, I had to go back to my country for the Christmas holidays & thus had to get my H1 stamped. That's where the problems started and I appreciate Saxon's HR team's help during that phase.
As with many people, I got a 221g Admin Processing at the consulate back home. After a 4/5 weeks of wait, the consulate sent me my passport back stating that they have sent my case for revocation to USCIS. When I spoke to Saxon and their experienced lawyers, they told me not to panic and that since I was working for my client still from back home, they applied for an H1 amendment with the USCIS promptly. 3 weeks later that got approved and I went to the consulate again with the new amended H1. A week after that, I got my passport with the visa stamped.
The Head of the HR team was very helpful throughout the whole process and so was the resource manager. I think with the right marketing team, Saxon can definitely become one of the top leading IT firms around the US.

commentI was hired as Mid-level at a company and was told that the GC process would strt after 1.5yr of me being with the company. Since it was my 1st H1 3yr term, I was Ok with it. Eventually after 2yrs the GC process strted with a small local law firm and shortly after two months thr was a chnge in our company’s law firm to a major firm in PA and thy had to restrt my GC process
The chnge took a while and by thn I was promoted to a Senior. The immigration team said thy had to put an ad and could replace me if thy found a citizen. Sounds fair but I had one simple question for them "how would a midlevel employee replace a senior? " it took a year and half of back and forth follow-up with them for them to finally tell me "Yes we can’t post an ad for Midlevel for a person currently a senior" (REALLY!! A year to realize that?)
I was PM by thn and had around 2 yrs before my 2nd term of H1 B visa would end. Since my profile chnged I was told it was much easier, becoz I was a PM & an account manager so my job profile was unique
Aftr wage analysis thy said thy can’t pay me the salary mentiond hence can’t do my GC anymre. The law firm said, I shouldn’t have got any promotions, GC would’ve been easier if I was in the same position as I joined. Shocked! I was already in my final year of the 6yr H1 with only 7mns to go. I was worried that I have to find a company that could strt my GC ASAP as there no time left and without I140 in place I can’t get an extnsn
That's when I found a job with Saxon, got in touch with their team. Thy had the best immigration team in place and thy knew exactly what needs to be done and went about doing it without any delay. The process was quick and the law firm thy had is specialized in immigration law it was a cake walk with them. Thanks to Saxon Global and team I can continue pursuing my career goals in peace. I never had to follow up with them on any immigration related issues thy kept me up to date on everything. I would highly recommend Saxon Global

commentSaxon Global is a very good company to work for. I was stuck in Visa issue and Saxon Global was able to assist and take care of the necessary paperwork. You would get paycheck on time and would have no issues. I have worked with a few consulting firms and they are really good. HR team, Marketing team and Accounts team are really good.

commentVery bad company. The CEO of the company [name removed by admin] is very cheap, he doesn't pay salaries properly and tries to manipulate the employees very badly. nothing less than hell.
