These people are fraud. They don't deserve to be in market. They don't pay you no matter what proof you get. Raj Mondrati is the CEO and a big cheat and prefer eating all hard earned money of the consultant and company.

They try to take care of their employees. The training and marketing is very good. ITSS is very eager on keeping its promises, so if they say something they try their best to keep it or else they will communicate the status.Doing good. Keep it up. Also focus on some alternative insurance plans.

I have been in this company from the past 5 years and im very much satisfied with their response, gc process, etc. maybe i have some issued in the initial stage but they gave me a good response in those hard times and they managed to solve all the issues within the TAT time. Don't even think of this company.....it's all fake and they process H1 with fake docs and fake client letter...also they charge heavily for processing h1.....If we are on bench they will run the payroll and expect us to return the amount(which is illegal as per US laws)...can some one from USCIS take a strong action against this company so that they wouldn't cheat other professionals....

This is one of those fraud companies which you come across in news, companies which lure IT professionals by promising in house development where as in actual they just rent a office space(not even 100 sq ft) which is used to fool USCIS. The consultants are on bench for year long and made to pay to run their payroll. One who moved here winding up their previous assingmnet don't have a choice. So far only two GCs are filed for the consultants who worked as office admin for the company violating H1B visa norms. Those who left the company were not paid their money which is kept on hold to run payroll (2 months salary kept on hold). Inner sources confirm very soon a class suit against the company would be filed by its employees.
