Overview

Update(2/21/25): In the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, Solugenix filed 5 LCAs for H-1B visas, 2 labor petitions for green cards, and 2 requests for prevailing wage determination.

Founded: 1969 - Main Office: Brea, CA - NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: No - Willfull Violator: No

Solugenix Corporation filed 56 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 10 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Solugenix was ranked number 3,791 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 1 LC was denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Solugenix can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Solugenix. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Solugenix submitted 73 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

★★☆☆☆ - Another Body shopping firm experienced in squeezing employees - - - 4/12/2011 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I worked in Solugenix for a year or so. There is no differnce with this one and nother body shopping firms. They earn when you work ofcourse retaining most of the share of your money for the company leaving you nothing.
The leaders in this company has lack of focus. The company doesn;t have good client base. Marketting team is unexperienced and don;t know how to handle situations.
Company files green card but you have to pay. The attorney is appointed by company so the process is very slow as they wanted to squeez you. They might tell you initially that they will pay you on bench but thats false statement so be careful.
If you plan to join ask for the hight rate.
