By this month I finished 2 years with Avani Systems, this happened to be my second company and am totally satisfied with it to the core. Going by my past experience with the old employer, Avani Systems is one of the few employers to depend/trust completely and everything is run on corporate-style, getting responses to your queries in time. Also, administration work professionally and inform the employees promptly, paying the salary in time and book-keeping is excellent. Everything is on time. Good staff. They give more value to every employee and their needs, that impressed me alot.

I and my friend applied h1b from this employer 2 years back, they are very unprofessional management
They charged huge amount as filing cost, and they did nothing share any documents as the proof.
No one is thee to answer your calls and emails; they just collect the money and not even share the information about the processing status.
After the long wait in the lottery process they sent a email just saying your profile not pick-up the lottery.
And they consumed my total money. They did not sent me the rejection notice as the evidence, then last year I applied through one of my friend’s working company ASAP Data Solutions, and there I feel transparency in process and my profile picked-up and got approval, So please beware this kind employers.
