Please review the below points before joining this company.

When they hire to do H1 transfer they do lots of good commitments about on time process of GC, Transparent PO,re-location etc but when real time comes scene is totally different.

They will never ever share your rates and cutting 25% from the billing rate what they told. Not having good clients in hands only few. You have to find projects yourself. You cant even reach out Kris for any critical times.

They would say they will share I 140 approval but they never share anything no documents and ask for signing bonds for 18 months.

lot of fake commitments while hiring , after joining you would see the real face of the company. In my personal experience i see lot of employees are really fed up with admin team.
