I have been associated from past 3 years with this company. Very talented leadership and good career guidance puts me in top at the client place. Good benefits with 401K and better package comparing to big companies consulting firms. Handful of inhouse projects with direct clients gives more wider experience in auto domain. I strongly recommend C Vision as a employer.

Dear Friends,

finally i found a place to express my feelings and pain.

I wish not to specify the name of the person from this company, to whom i was been introduced to this person by one on my friends friend, Initial talk was so sweet and promising before starting the h1b process. After couple of weeks collected money from me and then on i was calling them but they dont answer phone calls nor respond back they answer once in a while after calling for 16-20 times if you are lucky. I was lucky one day they answered my phone and they said you are selected in lottery and later said that its query and later my friends friend said some issue with project so dont keep any hope. Tried contacting this company no response tried friends friend no response.

Finally i ended up with huge money loss and tensions; I dont even know that did they really process!!! or just took the money by saying they did??

They where sweet before taking money but later after they where different SO FRIENDS BEWARE OF THIS EMPLOYER

joined here 2.5 years ago and left 8 months ago thank god. 1st year not filed h1.
no proper salaries on time. they run bare minimum low payroll.
no prime vendors, direct clients is out of question. expect 3-5 layers.
worked in 5 projects, each time I have travel to different states.
mine and 2 of my friends GC PERM got denied.
lot of hard earned money not given as promised per hour rate of various projects.

Any Tom and Dick can post their comments on any website and write what they want. People who has concerns will confront and get it resolved. I have been associated with C-Vision for several years and the management is always open to listen and help the employees. This organization runs on " Employee First" manta. - flag

This company should be avoided at all costs.
They are unprofessional and don't pay full salary as per conditions.
Runs very minimal payroll.
Have to pay cash for payroll during bench period.
Many been cheated of huge amounts by this company.
They swindles money from candidates by promising H1B sponsorships.
Stop being Unethical,
Stop cheating people,
Stop Fake promises,
Don't make the candidate suffer when they are out of project
Stop sucking candidates blood during project

First of all i would say, do not trust all these 5 star ratings/reviews those are written by c vision management itself.

i have dealt with them and trust me you don't want to waste time or you will be sorry later.

They will tell you they have direct client and all that but reality is completely opposite and yes they don't answer/return phone calls when you need them

We have direct clients VW, Benesys, Mayco, GM and many more...Not sure why they put the comments. Also, C-Vision team stays on the top of all the calls and respond promptly. Bring to the management your concerns, more than happy to resolve it. - flag

i dont know where to start, everything is bad about this company, the management and office staff never answers to phone and replies to emails whenever u need them. they will do all kind of promises but when time comes they will disappear.

Do not recommend to anyone looking for sponsorship h1 etc

I DO NOT RECOMMEND c-vision to any one because i had faced enough with these people.

They never paid for my h1b and green card processing all the time it was been deducted from balance amount with them. EVEN for Medical it was the same.

People confront directly who has challenges rather than making baseless comments. You can reach C-Vision Management any time and express your concern. We have 100+ employees and the survey goes every quarter and not heard concerns like what you commented.
